When plans renew
Paid plans bill monthly on the date you first subscribed. Your scan count resets on each renewal date.
Cancellation
Cancel any time. You keep full paid access until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan automatically.
Refunds
If you subscribed within the last 3 days and are not satisfied, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
Your data after downgrading
All scan history and reports are kept in full and remain accessible in read-only mode, regardless of plan. You never lose your data.

How much does Stackra cost?
Stackra has a free plan at $0 per month that includes 3 scans per month, full AI expert reviews, a prioritized action plan, and AI search visibility signals. Paid Starter and Pro plans add higher monthly scan limits, Google Search Console and Analytics data, a page-by-page index status check, change tracking between scans, report sharing, and PDF export. No credit card is required to start.
What does the Stackra free plan include?
The free plan includes a Growth Readiness Score from 0 to 100, a multi-page crawl of up to 20 pages, platform-aware scoring, expert AI reviews from CMO, SEO, and CTO perspectives, a prioritized action plan with evidence and how-to for every finding, industry benchmarks, AI search visibility signals, and scan history. The limit is 3 scans per month. Report sharing, PDF export, and Google Search Console and Analytics data are on the paid plans. A free account is required to run a scan.
Do I need a credit card to use Stackra?
No credit card is required for the free plan. You create a free account, run scans, and access your full report without entering payment details. A credit card is only required when upgrading to a paid Starter or Pro plan.
Can I cancel my Stackra subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. After canceling, you keep full paid access until the end of your current billing period. When that period ends, your account automatically moves to the free plan. You do not lose any scan history or reports.
What happens to my scan history if I downgrade from a paid plan?
All scan history and reports are kept in full and remain accessible in read-only mode regardless of plan. Downgrading to free reduces your monthly scan limit to 3 but does not delete or hide any data from previous scans.
Does Stackra offer refunds?
Yes. If you subscribed within the last 3 days and are not satisfied, contact luke@stackra.app for a full refund. No questions asked. After 3 days, the standard cancellation policy applies: access continues to the end of the billing period with no further charges.
