What we see on Tilda sites

What Tilda does well
  • Tilda sites show consistent above-the-fold quality. The block-based builder produces well-structured storytelling pages -- portfolio work, case studies, and product landing pages are the sweet spot.
  • Newsletter and form integration is tight on Tilda. Lead capture is built into the platform ethos in a way that most Western builders don't match.
  • Story-format pages (scrolly narratives, media-rich presentations) are where Tilda outperforms any comparable tool.
Common issues
  • Performance on image-heavy story-format pages. Full-width media, autoplay video, and parallax effects compound quickly.
  • Limited business identity schema support. Tilda doesn't prompt for the structured data that establishes business context for search engines.
  • Sites that don't extend beyond a single well-designed page into deeper content. Beautiful entry point, no structure beneath it.
Things we've noticed
  • Tilda has the most distinctive geographic distribution in our corpus after TYPO3. The Russia and CIS country concentration is visible and consistent -- a platform whose user base reflects its origin market.
  • Tilda sites in our corpus have a notably high image-to-text ratio. The visual-first design philosophy shows up as pages that lead with full-width imagery and support with shorter text blocks.
